These classes are for those who want to take their musicality to the next level.

The aim is to provide you with musical literacy that allows you to ‘speak’ with others of that language.

We learn traditional rhythmic compositions containing specific rhythms, calls, breaks and solo phrases.

The instructor takes you on a journey and tries to strike a balance between focus, fun, difficulty and challenge in an attempt to create the optimally engaging session that leaves you feeling enlivened and empowered.

Djembe classes are a mix of a workout session, music class, mantra meditation, sound healing, dance battle and straight up party, that will shake the dust off your bones and leave you feeling invigorated as you return to the world.
